Just Cuts Booragoon is seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for a passionate hairdresser who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality hair cutting and styling services in a busy salon environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide professional hair cutting, styling, shampooing and blow-drying services.
2. Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
3. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
4. Maintain a clean, safe and professional salon environment.
5. Recommend and sell professional hair care products.
6. Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve business goals.
7. Mentor junior team members where required.

Essential requirements:

1. Certificate III in Hairdressing (or overseas equivalent).
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant hairdressing experience.
3. Excellent cutting and styling skills.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work weekends and flexible rostered hours.
6. Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
