Our client has built works a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking a Graduate Contracts Administrator to join their growing business.
About the Role
As a Graduate Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of a range of build projects. You'll be assisting the Project Management team in assisting with commercial and contractual aspects of this project. You’ll liaise with multidisciplinary teams, key stakeholders, and play a part in ensuring successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- Help maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
- Help with supporting a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors.
- Support the senior team and ensure smooth communication with the whole project team.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills & Experience
- Recent graduate or under graduate with some construction exposure.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong desire to grow and learn in your construction career.
