  • Position Description

    Family First General practice is seeking a GP to Join our practice in Franklin ACT.

    We are an established practice looking for a GP who is able to provide patient-centred quality care to our clients.

    Hours are flexible and we are happy to accept part-time GP’s.

    AHPRA registration is required.

    As part of our Practice team you will:

    -Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

    -Develop individualised treatment plans

    -Order tests and refer to specialists as needed

    -Follow up on results appropriately with patients

    -Attend to Workers Compensation Claims and case conferences

    -Chronic Disease Management Plans and Reviews

    -Prescribe Medication as appropriate

    Practice Description

    Family First General Practice is an established small, accredited Practice.

    We are conveniently located next to Woolworths, a local Pharmacy and cafe’s.

    Opening Hours are Monday – Friday 08.30-6.00, Saturday 0900- 1pm.

    We are fully Computerised and use Best Practice and Hot Doc software.

    We are Mixed Billing.

    We have a practice nurse and a dedicated reception team
