General Practitioner (VR GP) - Geelong, VIC (DPA position)

The Practice

Due to a current GP retiring, this well-established mixed-billing practice in Geelong is seeking a skilled and experienced GP to join their team of eight doctors and take over the retiring doctors’ patient base. You will have a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development together with a diabetes educator, four nurses and a practice manager.

The clinic provides a range of healthcare services including immunisation programs, travel health and skin checks as well as an internal pathology service. You will have the opportunity to work in a busy location with lots of foot traffic so you can maintain a strong patient base and focus on optimal patient care.

Opening hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and unwind or indulge in leisure activities. The clinic is closed on weekends, ensuring that you have ample time to rest, recharge and spend time with your loved ones.

Essential Criteria

DPA position and visa sponsorship are available. AHPRA ESP eligible GPs, RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (assessed as substantially comparable) and GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
