The Role Reporting directly to the Founder and leadership team, you will play a critical role in the future direction of the business.

• Expanding relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
• Identifying and securing new opportunities
• Leading and mentoring project and operational teams
• Supporting strategic planning and future growth initiatives
• Strengthening the organisation's reputation within the Victorian infrastructure sector
• Developing partnerships that contribute to sustainable long-term growth
