The Role
Ventura Bus Drivers lead the way in providing a trustworthy service across public transport routes, school services and charter operations. We are searching for passionate people who want to serve their community while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.

Applicants will be working a rotating roster, which may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.
What are we looking for?
- A current valid MR Licence or higher
- Availability to work shift work and rotating roster, Monday to Sunday
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Safe driving record
- High regard for safety
- Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation and Working With Children Card (WWCC)
