We are currently seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our growing operations team based in Moorebank.

The Role

As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international shipments while ensuring a high level of service for customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import and export freight movements
• Manage bookings with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents
• Prepare and process freight documentation accurately and efficiently
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage delays or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and regular shipment updates
• Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations
• Maintain accurate records within company systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Strong freight forwarding experience within imports, exports, or end-to-end operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and feedback
• A genuine interest in technology and how AI can improve productivity and workflow
• A desire to grow your career within a global organisation
