The Role:
JK has a range of exciting opportunities within the Ballarat area, partnering with McCain, a well-established national business in the food production industry. This role will see you working within a large-scale warehouse environment, primarily operating a forklift to support daily operations such as loading, unloading, and moving stock.

Please note: This role requires you to be confident and (preferably) experienced in operating a high reach forklift. You will be working at heights of up to six pallets high and four deep, so it’s essential that you are comfortable with precision work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hours: These positions are ongoing casual contracts, with a mix of rostered and on-call shifts available. Day, afternoon, and night shifts are rostered across a 24/7 operation, so full flexibility and availability across all shift types – including weekends – is essential.
  
To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a current Forklift License (Counterbalance experience mandatory)
• Reach Truck experience preferred
• Be confident operating a Forklift, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Operator
• Be comfortable working within a cold-stores environment
• Be capable of working independently, as well as part of a team
• Take pride in your work to deliver the best results
• Have a positive outlook and commitment to success in your role
