FORKLIFT OPERATOR / GENERAL HAND – NIGHT SHIFT
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move stock for the day-shift production team.
- Process returned stock, manage waste, check schedules and support general warehouse operations.

BLU is seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / General Hand to join our client, Australia’s leading wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products, at their Ingleburn facility.
Working within a small night shift team, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly and prepare stock for the day shift. This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation with general warehouse and production support duties.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
- Processing returned stock and managing waste.
- Checking delivery and dispatch schedules using a computer.
- Moving and preparing stock for the day shift production team.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.
- Working closely with your team to meet nightly operational requirements.
Shift times
- Sunday: Midnight–6.00am
- Monday to Thursday: 10.00pm–6.00am
Pay rate: $46.24 per hour for night shift.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A current forklift licence and practical operating experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Basic computer skills to check schedules and stock information.
- A reliable approach to attendance and the ability to work the listed night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.
- The ability to work efficiently, support teammates and assist with general warehouse duties.
