The Role
At Next Gen we have a café, restaurant, a lounge and business networking areas that the Food & Beverage Attendants all service.
You will be busy taking and preparing orders which includes making juices, preparing toasties and when you're trained and confident - you will be making our Members their coffee!
As part of the role, you will be passionate about maintaining high standards by tidying up, cleaning the tables and the areas in which you work.
You will be responsible for:
- Fulfilling daily food & beverage orders;
- Cash Handling;
- Making coffees;
- Outstanding customer service; and
- Cleaning of café.
About You
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will love engaging and interacting with Members and Team Members and pride yourself on providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to be a true Brand Ambassador. You're optimistic and professional and thrive working in a busy environment where no two days (or hours) are the same!
You will be required to be available Monday to Sunday during the hours we operate, we can certainly be flexible around hours and we hope that you will be flexible too from time to time when needed.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A current RSA certificate;
- Experience in cash handling;
- Experience as a Barista; and
- Food & Beverage knowledge.
