The Opportunity

Think open-kitchen dining, cocktails, two bars and a lively entertainment atmosphere.

You’ll lead the front-of-house food and beverage operation, build a strong team and create a welcoming experience for everyone, from casual diners to social groups and corporate events.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Recruiting, training and developing your team
• Leading service across dining, bars and events
• Managing rosters, labour costs and stock
• Setting service standards and building a positive team culture
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider venue leadership
• Driving sales and finding new ways to improve the guest experience

Who Will Suit This Role?

An experienced Assistant Manager or a Sr Duty Manager ready to step up.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
• A hands-on approach and strong leadership skills
• Commercial awareness across labour, stock and sales
• A genuine passion for food, beverage and customer service
• A positive, switched-on personality and the confidence to bring fresh ideas
• The ability to adapt, multitask and lead from the floor
