Job Description

• Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory obligations.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial improvements.
• Support audits and liaise with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7 years experience in a Finance Manager position
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations within the health industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
