Your new role
We are currently seeking Trade Qualified Chefs for casual FIFO opportunities across Western Australia.Working within large-scale accommodation and catering operations, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering quality meals in high-volume environments while maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards.These positions typically involve 1012 hour shifts, typically 2/1 rosters, across day and night rosters, with all flights departing from Perth Airport.As these are casual opportunities supporting workforce demands across multiple operations, successful candidates must be flexible, responsive, and available to mobilise at short notice when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Previous FIFO chef experience in a remote camp or village environment
• Two recent and contactable references
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and ongoing site testing requirements
• Current WA driver's licence
• Be currently based in Western Australia
• Be able to FIFO from Perth Airport
• Availability to accept shifts and roster opportunities at short notice

These positions are best suited to candidates who understand the demands of FIFO life, maintain current documentation and inductions, and can mobilise efficiently when opportunities arise.
