Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking a variety of meals, ensuring cleanliness, adhering to relevant food health and safety regulations, and planning menus.
Additionally, you may be required to manage stock control and handle all ordering needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a Mining Camp environment highly regarded and a great advantage
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Confidence in bulk and highvolume cooking, delivering quality at scale
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to every shift
- A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills, both in and out of the kitchen
- A genuine passion for food, flavour, and top-tier service
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring every plate is something to be proud of
