Shellharbour Fashion Store seeking INCREDIBLE NEW MANAGER!
Ideally we seek applications from natural people managers and clear communicators who inspire a team to action! Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry and you will be able to lead a team to achieve store budgets as well as structured KPI's. You will be trained and mentored by one of the most talented Regional Managers around, and have opportunity for progression based on your performance.
Most importantly, what you can do is sell. You can create a sale from nothing, build rapport with every customer who comes through the doors and you can close. AND you're confident to drive a high-performing store culture where your team are excited to follow your lead, learn the trade of styling / selling and win the race to achieve the store targets!
What you'll bring...
- Previous core Retail Management experience in fashion ESSENTIAL
- Confident to manage a team of 10+
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to support and drive a team to meet their sales budgets and KPI's
- Posses a great and approachable personality
- Hunger to learn new skills
- A confident and results-driven leader who is prepared to improve the store and take it to the next level!
- Ability to work autonomously as a capable and confident Store Manager
