We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to join a contemporary lifestyle fashion brand at Warringah Mall. If you're passionate about fashion, love being on the shop floor and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is an opportunity to make your mark.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing your team and creating an in-store experience that keeps customers coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Leading from the front and setting the standard on the shop floor
* Coaching, motivating and developing a high-performing team
* Driving sales, conversion and key store KPIs
* Delivering an engaging customer experience that reflects the brand
* Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining strong product presentation
* Overseeing stock management and day-to-day store operations
* Building a positive team culture with a strong focus on accountability
* Supporting the Store Manager and confidently taking charge when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll be an experienced Assistant Store Manager, 2IC, Department Manager or retail supervisor ready to take the next step with a brand that has a strong identity and a clear point of view.
You'll bring:
* Previous retail leadership experience
* A genuine passion for fashion, streetwear or lifestyle retail
* A strong sales mindset and confidence working towards KPIs
* The ability to coach, motivate and bring out the best in your team
* A customer-first approach and a natural ability to build rapport
* A good eye for visual merchandising and product presentation
* Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
* The confidence to take ownership and lead by example
