An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Facility Manager to take the lead at a residential aged care home within an established provider. The organisation has built a strong foundation and continues to expand its footprint across Australia. The Role
As Facility Manager, you'll take ownership of the home's overall performance, leading your team to deliver quality care and a positive resident experience. You'll work closely with the executive team to strengthen operations, develop your people and maintain high standards across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the home.
- Lead, develop and support a high-performing team.
- Maintain strong clinical, quality and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and a strong team culture.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 3 + years experience within residential aged care as a Facility Manager (or similar).
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and compliance.
- Commercially minded, with sound operational and financial skills.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and building positive teams.
- Ambitious individual who is looking to progress in the future.
