Your new companyJoin a leading higher education provider and play a key role in delivering a high-profile audit remediation and enrolment planning improvement program. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Data Office, Faculties, Finance, Marketing, Recruitment and Student Services, you will help shape the company's future enrolment planning, governance and reporting frameworks.
Your new roleAs the Enrolment Planning & Performance Specialist, you will lead the rapid development and delivery of governance, strategy, planning, reporting and analytics artefacts to support the University's Enrolment Planning & Reporting Improvement Plan and internal audit requirements. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on producing practical, decision-ready outcomes within a compressed three-month timeframe.Key responsibilities include:

• Developing enrolment planning principles, decision frameworks and target enrolment profiles.
• Establishing governance structures, accountability frameworks and RASCI models.
• Leading requirements gathering and documenting end-to-end planning processes.
• Developing reporting standards, data definitions and governance reporting templates.
• Creating analytics roadmaps, forecasting frameworks and scenario modelling approaches.
• Managing audit remediation activities, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Experience in strategic planning, governance, business improvement or audit remediation within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, process maps, reporting standards and executive-level documentation.
• Strong program delivery capability with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience in higher education, enrolment planning, institutional research, forecasting or performance reporting will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
