We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to mentor our team, elevate educational practices and create incredible learning experiences for our little learners.
About the Role As our Educational Leader, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to mentor and support educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
You’ll be supported with:
- 1 dedicated day off the floor each week
- 1 day floating above ratio to observe practices, mentor educators and support the team
- The opportunity to float across the service as needed
About You You’ll have 2+ years' experience in early childhood education, with previous Educational Leader and/or management experience highly regarded.
You’ll also bring:
- A passion for mentoring and developing educators
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Australian Working Rights
- A proactive, collaborative and team-first attitude
