Here’s what we need from you:

• Technical 
  • Assist with the configuration of Dynamics 365 via Power Apps including forms, workflows, reports and security
  • Gain experience with Power Automate and Power Apps to support business processes
  • Learn and contribute to report development using Power BI.
  • Provide support for Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • (Desirable) Exposure to .NET, C#, and JavaScript is advantageous but not required.
• General 
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management with excellent communication skills
  • Desire for continues improvement, you look for constant ways to improve and streamline the business systems
  • Great documentation and verbal skills
  • High level troubleshooting skills
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Participate in workshops to create technical solutions to meet the business needs
  • Team player, we are a small team supporting a large enterprise

You’ll report to the Information Technology Manager and be based at our Perth office. This role offers hands-on experience supporting our core business systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career as an Applications Analyst in a supportive and globally connected environment.
