About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of the venue across each shift. You'll lead the team from the floor, maintain service standards, manage customer interactions, support staff performance, and ensure the venue remains compliant and operationally strong.

Working alongside the senior management team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities while taking ownership during busy trading periods. This is a highly visible position where your energy, communication, and ability to make sound decisions under pressure will be essential.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or senior hospitality professional within a high-volume venue.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams during busy service periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
• Sound knowledge of RSA, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and hospitality compliance.
• Calm, organised, and solutions-focused with the ability to confidently manage challenging situations.
