This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Brisbane.

What you'll do
You'll take ownership of marketing for a small portfolio of brands, working as a true extension of their teams. Day to day that means:
- Strategising and executing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Email, SMS, Organic Social, YouTube, and Website CRO
- Briefing a talented in-house creative team — strong creative is always available and never a bottleneck
- Reporting on meaningful metrics and keeping brands informed on strategy and progress
- Building marketing calendars tied to real business goals
- Collaborating with a tight-knit, high-performing team who push each other to improve
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with results to back it up
- Solid hands-on ability across paid and organic channels
- Some eCommerce exposure — ideal but not essential
- A marketer who thinks long-term, not just campaign-to-campaign
- A genuine affinity with the outdoor lifestyle space is a real bonus
