Join a well-established organisation in South Brisbane in a varied, end-to-end Credit/AR role where you'll take ownership of your own ledger and play a key part in maintaining healthy customer accounts and cash flow.
This position will see you managing the full credit function, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accounts are maintained accurately and payments are received on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end credit management of assigned accounts
- Assist with new credit applications
- Proactive collections and account follow-up
- Allocation and receipting of customer payments
- Processing journals and account reconciliations
- Resolving customer account queries and discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate customer records and credit limits
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
About You:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer role
- Strong collections and account management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- intermediate Excel skills
