Job Description
- Support enterprise SaaS/COTS solution delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to configure, customise, and integrate SaaS solutions.
- Work across multi-vendor delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Support business change, operational readiness, and benefits realisation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with Queensland Government ICT governance and procurement requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Strong experience in analysing and documenting ICT system requirements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ICT project implementation within the public sector.
- A relevant qualification in technology, business analysis, or a related field.
