Salary between $100,000 and $110,000 depending on experience
We currently have vacancies for qualified CHEF, the positons are Kalgoorlie based and not FIFO.

- Prepare high-quality standard dishes
- Plan Menus
- Plan new recipes
- Manage Food Supplies and Inventory of Stock
- Maintain Clean Kitchen
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained correctly
- Minimize food waste
- Monitor food quality
- Ensure food is prepared safely and within health and hygiene regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Experience as a chef or cook
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership
- Team Management Skills
- Able to work flexible hours- including public holiday and weekends
- Inventory and Cost Control
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to create new menu items
- Certification in culinary
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong cooking skills and menu planning skills
