    About the role:

    Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children and families and delivering evidence-based, high-quality intervention.

    You will:

    • Manage a paediatric caseload (0–15 years), including children with ASD, GDD, developmental delays, and other disabilities

    • Provide assessment and intervention across:

      • peech and language development

      • Early communication skills

      • Literacy and pre-literacy skills

      • Social communication

      • Feeding and swallowing (if applicable to scope)

    • Work within a holistic, family-centred model
    • Collaborate closely with families, carers, and educators
    • Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share case discussions and best practice strategies
    • Contribute to collaborative care planning within a multi-disciplinary team of allied and holistic health practitioners
    • Have the option to train into the Key Worker Model
    • Work primarily in-clinic (approximately 90%), with occasional outreach to schools and homes
    • Support regional clients as required
    • Be part of a growing team with opportunities to contribute to service development and innovation

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
    • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
    • Minimum of three years recent experience working with children and families (preferred)
    • Strong experience in paediatric assessment and intervention
    • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
    • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
    • Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and family-centred practice
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
