Synergie is currently seeking experienced Packer General Labourer for an immediate start at a Wingfield location. Our client is a well-established and fast-growing organisation operating within the manufacturing and distribution sector. They are known for maintaining a safe, team-focused workplace and for delivering high-quality products to their customers. This is a great opportunity to join a reliable operation offering consistent hours and competitive pay.
Pay Rate: $36
Shift: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 4:00pm
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Packer / General Labourer with forklift experience to join a busy warehouse and production environment. This role involves hands-on work and would suit someone who enjoys physical tasks and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- General labouring duties within the warehouse
- Operating a forklift to move goods and materials
- Loading and unloading stock
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a packer or general labourer
- Forklift experience (valid licence preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
