PROCESS OPERATOR
- Operate and monitor gold processing plant including crushing, milling, CIL/CIP circuits and flotation.
- Maintain optimal plant performance and ensure production targets are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant equipment.

We are looking for Process Operators to join our clients on various rosters starting ASAP.
Please see more on the roles below:
* Marvel Loch - 8:6/7:7 BIBO - $60-$65/hr
* Abra - 8:6/ 7:7 FIFO - $60-$65/hr
* Tuckabianna - 2:2 FIFO - $65-70/hr
All roles include FIFO/BIBO from Perth, meals, accommodation and 12-hour shifts.
Duties:
* Operate and monitor gold processing plant including crushing, milling, CIL/CIP circuits and flotation
* Maintain optimal plant performance and ensure production targets are met - Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant equipment
* Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams
* Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards across the site
Requirements for these roles:
* Gold Room experience (highly desirable but not essential)
* Prior work on a gold processing site (crushing, milling, CIL/CIP Tanks, flotation)
* Current Driver's Licence
* High Risk Work Licence - advantageous
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
*Must currently reside in Australia with full working rights
