The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a 120+ property portfolio end-to-end, with dedicated Administration & Leasing support.
The focus is on taking ownership of the portfolio, building strong landlord relationships and delivering great service.

- End-to-end management of 120+ properties
- Landlord & tenant relationship management
- Maintenance, arrears, inspections & renewals
- Contractor & stakeholder management
- Leasing coordination
- Compliance & portfolio administration
- Focus on landlord retention and service
About You
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio
- Strong communication & relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, professional and team-focused
