About the role
MYMYMY Architecture is seeking a design driven Experienced Graduate or Architect with 4+ years’ experience to join our growing team. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for architecture and construction. You will work on designs at all project stages – from concept design through to construction documentation and shop drawings – developing innovative design outcomes and producing high quality projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects liaising directly with clients and consultants from concept to completion.
- Prepare and review detailed plans, drawings, schedules and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local planning controls, building codes and industry standards.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of less experienced staff.
Ready for immediate start, but open to all high-quality candidates. Salary is dependent on experience.
About you
- Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate professional experience leading architecture projects (from concept design to delivery).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- A strong knowledge of the construction process.Brings a good work ethic, with friendly and collaborative approach.
- Highly effective communication skills – design, graphical, verbal and written.Rigorous attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, have full working rights, or permanent residency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (advantageous, but not essential).
- Interior design experience (advantageous, but not essential).
