Our client runs meat manufacturing plants across the UK, Europe, and Australia, partnering with supermarkets to provide high-quality packaged and value-added meat products. They are now seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented Warehouse Pickers & Meat Packers to join their team.
About the role- Warehouse Pickers:
- Use of equipment and machinery
- Manual handling, including lifting, wrapping, stacking and transporting goods
- Picking orders.
- Repetitive manual handling
- Shifts are likely Monday to Saturday, with AM or PM shifts available
About the role- Meat Packers:
- Fast-paced Production Environment
- Process line work
- Opportunity to upskill and accept on-the-job training
- Packing, Labelling, Processing & Boxing Raw Meat Product
- Adhering to Quality Standards
- Monday to Friday with Occasional Optional Saturday Work
- Day and Afternoon Shift available
About You:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Comfortable working in a cool room environment
- Physically Fit & Reliable
- Mechanical aptitude desirable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to undertake repetitive tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol screen
- Flexible work attitude and possess the ability to work varied shifts depending on operational requirements including weekends and public holidays
