Rail Supervisor

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals Southern Region are looking for a new Local Rail Supervisor to join the team on an 8:6 Roster in Roxby Downs. This is a key role to our success, providing quality leadership, maintenance planning and scheduling and liaising with our BHP client. Olympic Dam is home to one of our longest running contracts, and a huge part of the company’s history and the stories we tell. The Monadelphous team are predominantly locals from the Roxby Downs community and love what the region offers. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing sound leadership to our rail team of 6-25 people
• Liaising and advising our clients, upholding professional relationships and delivering quality work
• Implementing maintenance schedules, resourcing and inspections
• Upholding BHP compliance within the work scope
• Endorsing our core value of 'The Safe Way is the Only Way'

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar supervision role
• Knowledge of BHP procedures and processes (advantageous)
• Strong organisational skills, with experience managing work schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supportive and safe leadership
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with our client representatives
• Experienced using Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
