Labourforce is seeking a Machine Operator to join our client in Cooper Plains on an on-going basis. You will be required to be available for a rotating roster (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). We are offering a $48.85ph pay rate (flat rate) with a view to permanency for the right person
Your day will include:
- You will make Plastic PVC piping; end to end process
- Operating an extrusion machine (no experience required, but previous experience operating any machinery will be an advantage)
- Inspecting the quality of the product based on client requirements
- Use of a forklift to put away finished product (an advantage, but not required)
About you:
- Current Forklift license
- Willing to complete our Pre-employment medical process
- Experience operating a machine is an advantage
- Physically fit, as you may need to lift up to 20kgs
- Able to commit to a rotating roster, you will work 7 days (both day and night shift) across a 14 day roster, 2 days week 1, 5 days in week 2
- Able to travel to Cooper Plains
