About Bethsalem

Bethsalem Care is seeking a passionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated care team in a part-time active night duty role. This position is ideal for a caring, reliable and professional team member who is committed to supporting residents and contributing to a high standard of clinical care.

As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will help deliver safe, person-centred and compassionate care while working collaboratively with residents, families and the broader multi-disciplinary team.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

·         Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

·         Sound interpersonal skills and a caring, respectful approach

·         A commitment to working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Previous experience in aged care and/or dementia care will be highly regarded.
