An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering a major health project in Sydney. The organisation is involved in a varied pipeline of work spanning health, industrial, data centres, education and aged care.

What you'll need to succeed
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, taking ownership of multiple work packages from inception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery aligned with programme and quality expectations Developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules to drive timely project outcomes Supporting procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and high-quality material sourcing Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities to optimise project delivery Monitoring project performance across time, cost, quality and HSE metrics Ensuring adherence to safety standards and contributing to a strong site safety culture A relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or a related discipline A minimum of 8+ years experience in a similar role within the construction industry Proven experience delivering large-scale building projects Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills The ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
