YOUR ROLE

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted solicitor in Australia;
- have a minimum of 12 months' (or more) experience in BOTH commercial law AND trademarks [eg preparing/filing TM applications/renewals and conducting searches+ managing TM portfolios+ oppositions];
- have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+ commercial acumen;
