- Brand selection strategies, searches, contracts, registration, portfolio management, prosecution, opposition, non-use/revocation, licensing/assignment, infringement actions and dispute resolution.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 2+years as a registered trademark attorney (and preferably also dually qualified as a lawyer but not essential);
- have solid knowledge of current trademark law+ practice;
- have strong communication/people skills+ commercial acumen.
