In this KEY PIVOTAL role, as the ‘go to’ Western Australian CTP personal injury lawyer for the firm, being mentored by an industry leading Managing Partner (in Sydney with 35+ specialist personal injury law experience), you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing on CTP/motor vehicle accidents in WA.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are admitted lawyer in Western Australia +have MINIMUM 2 years+ (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience (including in CTP);
- have proven ability to manage your own CTP files highly autonomously from start to finish; [essential]
- have a strong understanding of relevant Western Australian CTP legislation/court practice+procedure, litigation experience+ strong communication, advocacy and people skills;
- are proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude;
- are hungry to further advance your career long-term with a fast-growing national plaintiff firm in a KEY VIP role.
