Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance
• Complete routine inspections and lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Prepare for QCAT where required
• Work closely with dedicated leasing and administration support

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Well presented with a strong customer service focus
• PropertyMe experience advantageous
