CNC operator
- Operate CNC flat bed router for machining tasks
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machine
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
CNC operator flat bed router. Load and unload sheets being machined. Loading files on to computer on router.
Set up and calibrate tools and reset tools when needed. Document and maintain records of works. Regular maintenance on machine , greasing cleaning and clearing blockages. Monitor CNC machine during complex tool path. Inspect finish panels to make sure all path have been completed accurately.
Strictly adhere to company health and safety procedures when performing tasks.
Minimum of at least 1 year experience on operating CNC router. Good practical experience and knowledge in the use and interfaces of CAD files used.
Must have a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills. Clear verbal and written skills. Reliable and punctual and consistent in work and attitude. Ability to work un supervised and be able to problem solve on own. Technical trouble shooting and organisational skills.
