Client Services & Collections Officer

The OpportunityAs a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting clients and stakeholders while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Conducting customer-focused collections activities for accounts in arrears Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities Updating customer accounts and database information Assisting with weekly arrears reporting Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Providing solutions and support to customer queries in a professional manner

Previous experience in customer service, client services and/or collectionsStrong telephone and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong problem-solving capabilitiesA positive, proactive and team-oriented mindsetSound Microsoft Office skills
Experience within financial services or asset finance will be highly regarded but is not essential.What's in it for You?
