Job Description
- Define and execute enterprise architecture strategies that align technology initiatives with organisational and community outcomes
- Partner closely with business leaders and delivery teams to guide solution design, manage dependencies, and ensure strategic coherence
- Assess and recommend Microsoft‑aligned platforms, tools, and applications (Azure, M365, Power Platform) to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Proactively identify architectural, security, and data risks, embedding mitigation strategies aligned to NIST, ISO27001, and Essential Eight
- Ensure all technology solutions meet regulatory, security, and organisational compliance standards
- Oversee the seamless integration of new systems (HRIS, Finance, EMR, CRM, Data & AI platforms) into the existing enterprise landscape
- Track emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to service delivery, data maturity, and long‑term sustainability
- Document and communicate architecture designs, roadmaps, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Enterprise Architect should have:
- 8+years of experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Strong breadth across applications, data and analytics, integration patterns, identity & security, cloud platforms and end‑user computing, with practical experience designing Microsoft‑first environments (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
- Experience with enterprise IT systems, such as HRIS, Finance, EMR, CRM, Data Analytics and AI platforms
- Knowledge of information security, data protection practices and uplift programs aligned with recognised standards. NIST, ISO27001, Essential 8
- Experience working within the not-for-profit or community services industry (highly regarded).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
