WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are EITHER a conveyancing paralegal/secretary OR conveyancer OR Junior Property Lawyer;
- have a minimum of 12 months (preferably MORE) proven HANDS-ON experience in residential property conveyancing [essential] managing your own files including PEXA experience;
- have some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of business [preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL];
- have strong time prioritisation+ communication/interpersonal skills;
- are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
- Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills;
