Hays is currently partnering with a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing organisation specialising in advanced transport and industrial technologies. Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled Electrical Production Operators to join their Central Coast-based facility.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the assembly, wiring and testing of electrical systems used in large-scale equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembly and wiring of electrical components to schematic diagrams
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Functional testing and fault-finding
• Crimping, soldering and cable preparation
• Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing or production
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Electrical trade qualification or relevant course (highly regarded)
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
