Centre: Goodstart Elara – Blackstone Street

Location: Marsden Park, NSW

Employment Type: Part Time (15 hours) / Fixed Term (6-months)

About Goodstart Elara – Blackstone Street:

Be part of our state-of-the-art Goodstart centre in Elara, a purpose-built 121-place service designed to inspire children, families and educators alike. With eight dedicated playrooms, spacious outdoor areas and a strong focus on learning through play, our centre provides a warm and welcoming environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Located directly opposite Northbourne Public School, you’ll have the opportunity to join a growing community and help shape a positive learning environment from the very beginning.
Our multicultural team brings a wealth of experience and diverse perspectives, with educators speaking multiple languages to support the families we work with. We also work closely with local schools, community organisations and allied health professionals to support positive outcomes for every child.

Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, our play-based programs encourage children to follow their interests, explore their community and develop their skills through engaging experiences. This is a great opportunity for an Educator to join a supportive, experienced team, contribute their ideas and build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.

You’ll need:

* Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check

* Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
