CREATIVE DESIGNER

This opportunity is for a very hands-on Creative Designer, with leadership skills and experience in branded environments and museum installations, to collaborate with an experienced team of dedicated people who are passionate about spatial storytelling and design intelligence. It’s an inclusive, team oriented company where everybody pitches in, so you can take ownership of your projects knowing that there’s always someone willing to share the load. 

With 5+ years’ experience, you’re confident with 3D modelling software (SketchUp) and the Adobe Creative Suite. In close partnership with the Creative Lead, you’ll be developing concept drawings, 3D renders and spatial designs, working with large scale environments, bespoke production processes and the psychology of visitor engagement. 

The day-to-day will look something like this: 
- 60% of your time will be delivering projects ranging from moodboards through to full design presentations that are on brief and detail driven. You’ll be meeting deadlines, working to budgets and strict safety standards; 
- 20% is all about consistency and maintaining a high standard of quality at all times. You’ll be working with the design team, taking responsibility for clear constructive and actionable feedback whilst collaborating with Project Managers to ensure the best execution possible; 
- 20% will be all about maintaining a positive, organised and supportive working environment. With a great sense of energy, enthusiasm and motivation to achieve the best possible outcomes collaboratively with other Designers, you’ll take the lead with confidence, challenge the norm, and manage the work load.
  
There’s so much to this opportunity, especially if you are a natural leader. A deep interest and knowledge of Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline is a definite plus. 

This opportunity can be office-based in QLD or fully remote from within Australia.
