The successful applicant will be customer focused, friendly with a can do attitude, must be hard working and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently within a team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that cargo is received in an orderly manner
- Ensuring safe delivery of all cargo
- Accurate and timely completion of all freight documentation
- Logistics experience desirable
The following skills and experience is required:
- Demonstrated experience in cargo receiving and dispatching
- Clear and legible handwriting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles
- Must have a positive can do attitude and work well within a team
- High Risk Forklift licence essential
- Car licence essential
- Dangerous Goods Licence and Heavy Combination truck licence desirable
