Concreters - Civil/Mining Projects

Core Talent is an Australian-owned specialist recruitment consultancy covering Engineering, Rail, Mining, Construction, and Manufacturing.

We are currently seeking highly experienced Concreters and Concrete Finishers for ongoing FIFO works across regional Western Australia.

We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in high-quality finishes, accuracy, and production output across civil and mining infrastructure projects.

About the Role
You will be working on a range of large-scale regional projects including civil works and mining infrastructure.
Typical duties include:

• Concrete placement, screeding, levelling and finishing to high standards
• Reading and working from plans and specifications
• Formwork prep, set-out and basic reinforcement placement
• Finishing works including trowel/helipad finish, edges, joints and patching
• Working in remote FIFO environments under rostered conditions
• Maintaining strict safety and quality compliance on site

What We’re Looking For
We want people who are confident in their trade and can hit the ground running:

• Proven experience as a Concreter / Concrete Finisher in civil or mining projects
• Strong finishing skills (flatwork, slabs, structural pours, detailed finishing)
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver consistent quality
• Experience working in FIFO or remote project environments (preferred)
• White Card (essential)
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to pass medical, D&A screening and site inductions
• Strong safety mindset and team attitude
