Rehabilitation Consultant - Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
- Deliver assessments and counselling to clients facing career changes.
- Collaborate with health professionals and stakeholders to support client outcomes.
- Identify barriers to return to work and implement supportive programs.
- Strong communication & report writing skills + client centred approach
- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology required
- Office based in Coffs Harbour, pool cars & flexible working arrangements
About You
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (completed Masters Degree for Psychology applicants required)
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

The Role
- Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
