NAS Newcastle supplies security, MATV, satellite and networking products to installers and integrators across the region. The phones are constant, customers expect quick answers and the team moves fast.

This role is a mix of internal sales and warehouse work. You’ll be helping customers, processing orders, picking and packing stock and keeping the branch running smoothly.

Everyone pitches in here. There’s no “that’s not my job” mentality. If something needs doing, the team gets it done.

If you enjoy dealing with trade customers, staying busy and being part of a tight team, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Processing orders and preparing quotes for trade customers
• Picking, packing and receiving stock
• Assisting with deliveries and unloading containers
• Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate

What we’re looking for

• Easy-going and confident dealing with trade customers
• Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in
• Good communication skills and phone manner
• Internal sales, warehouse or trade customer service experience helpful
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights required

Security industry or trade experience is helpful but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.
